My journey in dentistry began at 21 as a Dental Assistant, where I quickly discovered not just a career, but a passion for helping both patients and practices thrive. Over the years, I’ve grown alongside the industry—moving from chairside assisting to playing a key role in building a dental start-up, and eventually stepping into a Practice Manager role.
With over 25 years of experience in dental practice management, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the challenges offices face—especially when it comes to insurance claims, denials, and accounts receivable. I’ve seen firsthand how time-consuming and frustrating the process can be, and how much it impacts a practice’s cash flow and overall success.
